We Three Kings-An Epiphany

This week, many churches observe The Feast of the Epiphany.  We often think of the dictionary definition of epiphany as meaning a revelation or moment of revealed enlightenment.  However, in this respect, it comes to mean the first Gentiles to recognize the LORD's Messiah.  They followed the star to the place where Jesus was then, still an infant but living in a house with his parents.  The point is that Yeshua came yes for his people Israel but also for the whole world including Gentiles like us.  His revelation to the Magi proves just that.  It is God's will that ALL be saved through his Son and the Messiah is for all the nations, not just Israel.

So it IS an Epiphany!  One that makes quite clear that God loves all peoples as He created us all out of one man and one woman.  So there is no need for pride of race or nationality for we are all precious in Yah's sight being created for His special purpose and good pleasure.

"he says: ' It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept.  I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth.' ''  Isaiah 49:6
